We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Flowtrack. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.
Digital Products
All downloadable or digital products (including templates, files, software, or any non-physical goods) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Physical Goods
If you purchased a physical item from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Downloadable software and digital products
Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered for the following situations:
Items returned in non-original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@flowtrack.co.za.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a physical product, please email info@flowtrack.co.za for the return address. You are responsible for your own shipping costs, and shipping costs are not refundable. For expensive items, consider trackable shipping. We are not responsible if the returned item is lost in transit.
